SUBWAY Frito's Chicken Enchilada Melt Review

On March 1, 2014, I decided to ride to local Subway and try the Frito's Chicken Enchilada Melt for the first time. When I left for my 3.7 mile ride to Subway at 1:00pm the conditions were 69 degrees and Sunny.

When I arrived at Subway at 2:00pm I decided to order a Frito's Chicken Enchilada Melt Footlong and split it with my brother. I decided to try the sub on Italian herb and cheese bread which is my favorite bread from subway, this sub was advertised on subway flat-bread. The Sub had shredded cheese, Jalapenos, Lettuce Pickles, Banana Peppers Vinegar, Chipotle Southwest sauce, shredded chicken and Frito's. This was the first sub I tried that had chips as one of the toppings on the sub. After another taste I realized this sub tasted just like a Chicken Enchilada on a corn tortilla. The Frito's added a need crunch and corn flavor to the sub.

The overall the sub tasted very good. This sub should be consumed as soon as possible, as it did not taste as good when it became cold. The Frito's Chicken Enchilada Melt would be even better if the shredded chicken had bigger pieces of chicken.
