On March 1, 2014, I decided to ride to local Subway and try the Frito's
Chicken Enchilada Melt for the first
time. When I left for my 3.7 mile ride to Subway at 1:00pm the
conditions were 69 degrees and Sunny.
When I arrived at Subway at
2:00pm I decided to order a Frito's Chicken Enchilada Melt Footlong and split it
with my brother. I decided to try the sub on Italian herb and cheese bread
which is my favorite bread from subway, this sub was advertised on subway
flat-bread. The Sub had shredded cheese, Jalapenos, Lettuce Pickles, Banana Peppers
Vinegar, Chipotle Southwest sauce, shredded chicken and Frito's. This was the
first sub I tried that had chips as one of the toppings on the sub. After another taste I realized this sub
tasted just like a Chicken Enchilada on a corn tortilla. The Frito's added a need crunch and corn flavor to the sub.
